退换规定 (Goods Return)

退换规定

请客户在收到货后时请及时检查，若发现“发货错误”- 所收到商品款式、尺码、颜色与所订货物不符，请在收到货物3天内联系我们，我们将为您调换成同价值且无质量问题之货品。若缺货，可应顾客要求更换其它等价商品或者下次进货时抵扣。

若收到货后出现；

1. 小勾纱/小色纱、
2. 车缝线出现漏针不完整、
3. 小色差
4. 胶印点点脱落/小色斑；

恕不接受以上情况之退换货，望客户多多包涵！

退换货说明

1. 收到货品3天内（以客户商品签收单上的日期为准）。超过3天后，视同客户已经验收货品无误。
2. 所退换商品必须具备商品完整的外包装、吊牌等配件，并且未经穿着。
3. 退回产品的收据或发货单丢失、涂改或损坏。
   
4. 由于客户自身原因（譬如客户自身喜好；订购前未看清内容简介、尺码描述，重复订单等）。
5. 产品曾被非正常使用（包括拆标、洗涤、使用等）。
6. 人为损坏、运输磨损、不可预测的天气、运输（邮政服务拖延）、交通等因素造成商品延迟送抵，bananking baby closet 一律不对此负责。
   
7. 客户若需退换货时，请先与我们联系确认。若未联系我们就自行将货物退回，视作弃，bananaking baby closet童装铺不对此负责。
8. 货物退换的邮寄费用由客户自行支付。

Goods Return

Please check your goods once you have received the goods. Any mistake or mismatch on size, pattern or colour, please contact us within three days. We will help to change it or exchange it to other goods which are having same value. Says the wanted item is not available, customer can request to change it to other equivalent value goods or gets the deduction from next ordering.

We do not except the returns for the flaw due to minor flaw such as needle leakage and colour difference.

Returns conditions

1. Validity return period: 3 days after goods received. After 3 days, we will assume customer is satisfied with the goods.
2. All the return goods must not be worn and with original packaging and label.
3. Loss/damage of the receipts or sales order
4. We do not accept returns due to customer’s own problem such as not checking the goods description/size before ordering or repetitive ordering).
5. Good has been improperly handled (including but not exclusive; tag removal, washed, used)
6. Kindly contact us for any goods return. We are not responsible for any good returns without informing us within 1 week, goods will be disposed off after 1 week.
7. Damage due to human or transport，unpredictable weather or transport problem might delay the delivery services.
8. Customer will have to bear the postage for exchange of goods.
